• The product(s) must be returned in the same condition as when it arrived to you. Your request for this refund must be placed via email to marylandcarpet@gmail.com within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order.
• The product(s) cannot be returned if it has been installed or removed from original packaging. Your order must be in its original packaging.
• Product(s) must be same as new and in re-sellable condition as it was when it arrived at your shipping address.
• Contact Maryland Carpet Installations to schedule pick up and returned shipping. You are responsible for ALL return shipping cost.

We will inspect product(s) for quality assurance after we have received your product. We will issue refund 7-10 business days after the product has been received in same, as new, re-sellable condition. All returns will incur a 35% non-negotiable restocking fee.
